Part of my mission is to promote wellness at home. This is the "H" in the word H.O.M.E.  If we are not well at home how could we enjoy our homes and live comfortably. I believe in self care for the body, mind, and spirit. I do this through several ways in which I have been called to work with.

ESSENTIAL OILS 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

First, I educate and cultivate the use of essential oils as a Doterra Wellness Advocate.

Essential oils are natural aromatic compounds found in the seeds, bark, stems, roots, flowers, and other parts of plants.  Essential oils are a great way to cleanse and purify every place of your home naturally. Specifically, I teach you how to purify and detoxify the air aromatically with a diffuser and use them to cleanse your home.

 

Essential oils have potent cleansing and purifying effects as well as powerful scents- that boost the strength of all-natural cleaning products and household remedies that are safe and effective for your whole family.

I personally use essential oils for everything.  I use Doterra oils in my home and for my personal health.  The oils have shifted my life tremendously and I highly recommend them.

Through workshops, demonstrations and private consultations, I work with  you to determine the best essential oil solutions for your health and home.

Yoga

 

Second, I teach Yoga. Yoga is a path to self-discovery that leads you to come into direct contact with your spiritual nature.

 

A healthy body supports your well-being. It also empowers you to be your very best both in the home and out in the world. SBW Aligned Expressions Yoga Classes helps to help you healthy both inside and out consider our Sunday afternoon and evening classes to help you feel and maintain your very best.

 

I teach different yoga classes to help my clients relax, unwind, appreciate their home practice, and create good habits for maintaining mental and physical health.  

 

How do you know the best yoga class to take? There are so many different styles of yoga that it can be tough to figure out which one is the right one.   When you experience yoga, you’ll see that the styles vary from quiet, undemanding moves to intense, focused moves.  All classes are beginner level.
