TERMS & CONDITIONS

IN STOCK SHIPPING

Most orders ship within 2-3 business days. Orders are fulfilled Monday through Thursday. Orders received after 12 noon Eastern Time on Thursday will ship the following Monday.

Time in transit can vary from 2-6 days for most orders within the Continental USA. 

 

Shipping Charges:

USA RETAIL

Flat Rate shipping fees are based on order value:

  • $5 flat rate      under $25

  • $9 flat rate      $25 – $99 

  • $12 flat rate     $100 – $199

  • $18 flat rate     $200 – $299

 

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

 

n the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our onlinestore. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

REFUNDS

We continuously strive to provide the best scenting solutions and products available. In order to provide you with high quality products at reasonable costs our formal policy is to not accept returns after 14 days of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We reserve the right to reject any refund request if the product is received damaged or if any original components are missing.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed for the price of the product minus shipping and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is reflected in the bank account.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS


Orders once placed can be canceled only if the shipping has not been initiated. If products have already been shipped, the order cannot be canceled and no refund will be paid at that time. You may choose to initiate a request for refund or return after you receive the product, as per the terms and conditions above. 

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping.
