My great-grandmother was a maker of hair products in the early part of the last century, crafting creams and balms by hand to care for her community. Her artistry and care for others were passed down through the generations, and her story has always been an inspiration to me. I like to think her creativity flows in my veins, sparking my own love for making therapeutic blends.

As I journeyed through life, I became a Feng Shui Consultant, learning the art of space clearing. I often used sage and incense to refresh and uplift homes, a practice that inspired my smudge sprays, which bring the same sense of renewal and clarity into modern spaces.

Later, as a Therapeutic Yoga Teacher, I embraced the principles of the Eight Limbs of Yoga, particularly saucha, the practice of cleanliness and purity. This ethos inspired my yoga mat sprays, blending essential oils to cleanse and energize mats, connecting my love of aromatherapy to my yoga practice.
