This month’s Mindful Moments offers a beginner-friendly, deeply calming breath practice designed to gently reset the nervous system without force, strain, or holding.
No fixing. No striving. Just breath, presence, and softness.
Dirgha (Three-Part Yogic Breath) is one of the safest, most accessible forms of pranayama — a slow return to natural breathing rhythm that invites the body out of fight-or-flight and back into rest-and-digest.
This practice can be done in any comfortable position:
