The workshop seamlessly blends movement and wisdom with a Tri-Dosha Seasonal Yoga Practice and discusses the impact of lifestyle choices on holistic well-being. The culmination involves a Q&A and recap, providing reflection and integration.

Sherry Steine

Sherry Steine, RYT500, is a Certified Restorative Yoga Teacher and has studied with the author, psychologist, certified yoga therapist, and educator Dr. Gail Parker and yoga teacher Cyndi Lee (formerly of OM Yoga). In addition, she has practiced with and has been influenced by yoga teacher, author, and rest coach Octavia Raheem and was mentored by Elena Brower. Sherry has studied Chinese Medicine and Yoga, Yin Asana and Biomechanics, Trauma-Informed/Sensitive Yoga, and Yoga for Seniors. She completed her RYT 500 certification at Beloved Yoga.

Naomi Edwards

Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, 500 RYT, Prenatal/Postnatal, Yin Yoga, Certified Aromatherapist

Naomi Edwards is a holistic health practitioner who specializes in the practices of Ayurveda, Yoga and Plant Medicine. Her passion is to share the knowledge of Ayurveda and give people the education of preventative health in a joyful way. She began her own healing journey 20 years ago with yoga, which led her to teach. Her many years of classical ballet and competitive swimming took quite a toll on her body, chronic injuries and malnutrition. It was the gift of yoga and Ayurveda that gave her the awareness and inspiration to take better care of her mind, body and spirit. In her 14 years of working in holistic health she's found her highest intention is to guide individuals back to their bodies through mindful movement and teaching the continuous practice of self care.

  • Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner studied at New World Ayurveda under Dr. Paul Dugliss.
  • 500-hour RYT Yoga Ayurveda Retreat Center, Coonoor India studied under Dr. Senthil Kumar M.D. (Acu) Ph.D.(Yoga).
  • Certified Yin Yoga teacher, trained with Ulirca Norberg.
  • Certified Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga.
  • Fascia Release Technique studied under Diery Prudent.
  • Aromatherapist, certified at the New York Institute for Aromatic Studies. Trained with Jade Shutes.
